Erin's face lights up like a sunrise. "Are you familiar with gag gifts?" she asks, setting her bundle down on the desk but keeping her hand on it. "Because if so...I may have some enrichment for your enclosure, Ms. Friday. Been trying to figure out what to do with it for near on two months now."
"Gag gifts are jokes. Now, a good joke isn't supposed to be mean, but a gag gift also isn't supposed to be what you'd call useful." Erin gets a wistful look on her face. "Somethin' like getting a person tickets to their own concert, f'rinstance, or I suppose in this context a coupon for one of the shipboard diners would be hilarious. That tracking?"
"...I legitimately have no idea if you're doing a bit right now," Erin admits, laughing. "But I guess I'll cut to the chase. Here."
She opens the bundle and inside is an orichalum bikini. It is exactly as heavy as that sounds like, to say nothing of the bit where the glare off the metal in the light is downright offensive.
"Showed up with this. Friend of mine with questionable taste and evidently nonexistent knowledge of how much weight a human spine can bear grabbed it when we were robbing a monster and I'm gonna be real, I have no idea what to do with it. I can't even give it to anyone I know myself because they can't wear it either! But then I thought, y'know who might have fun with this? And now I'm here. I thought you might like to give it away as a light prank, somethin' to break up the day a bit."
"Every time I open my wardrobe and see this thing I have the exact reaction you're having right now. I loved that lass but if I threw a brain cell into her head she'd have one brain cell. But! If you're not in the market to play a prank with it I'll chuck it back into the wardrobe you thoughtfully provided for me and...I dunno, wait for a lass made of stone with very questionable taste to arrive."
... I mean, um, I can certainly... keep it in mind? And if I ever find a passenger that would like that sort of thing, I'd sure love to give it to them!
