Well, that's something. So, her powers are technically there, just locked away? Which is probably why her hair didn't change. [that's something he thinks he heard somewhere, probably by now right] Is there any chance it isn't permanent? She isn't going to randomly start manipulating water again out of nowhere, is she?

Until someone unblocks it, it should stay put! I can't say that's impossible, because nothing is, but I've never seen it happen to anybody over the past thousands of years, so it seems like a pretty safe bet!

Well, usually the Captain handles that, but... Well... Nobody's ever asked to have less powers before...
