I think there's... some sort of strange new store on the Promenade? It seems to have lots of Halloween things, funnily enough... Maybe you can find stuff there!
Oh, right!!! [ Duh. Everytime he sees it he's thinking to himself "where did Tommy Bahama go?" and just forgets it got replaced everytime. You will be missed or something.
